Clenbuterol HCL, which is what CLENOMED 40 is, is a bronchodilator. This type of drug opens up airways and is used to treat asthma and some types of chronic obstructive lung disease. It comes in the form of clenbuterol 40mcg pills, which are made up of clenbuterol hydrochloride 40mcg and other ingredients.

Clenbuterol's Way of Working

Beta-2 agonists are what clenbuterol is. In other words, it activates the beta-2 receptors, which opens the lungs and eases the muscles that support them. This is the reason clenbuterol HCL is used to open up airways and clear up stuffy noses. Because of its benefits, it can also be used on people with asthma and COPD.

Dosage of Clenbuterol

To treat asthma, 20 to 30 mcg per day is the recommended dose. 

Side Effects of Clenbuterol 

Some of the side effects are nervousness, shaking, headaches, fever, palpitations, or an abnormal heartbeat. 

Getting along

Benzodiazepines, spironolactone, theophylline, amphotericin B, corticosteroids, and clozapine have all been shown to interact with clenbuterol. This list isn't complete, so make sure you tell your doctor about all of your medicines, even herbal ones and vitamins, before you start taking clenbuterol.
